Meal Rates (Per Person)

Lunch/Dinner:

• NPR 2500 net for Nepalese
• INR 1750 net for Indian
• USD 25 net for Foreigners

Sarangkot Mountain Lodge is also providing a special discount for all EO in below facilities.

• 15% discount on Food and Beverage will be provided to anyone associated with the EO.
• 20% discount on spa facility (For Inhouse guest only) will be provided to anyone associated with the EO.
• 15% discount on Laundry (for inhouse guest only) will be provided to anyone associated with the EO.
• No Hall Charge for EO members and spouses upon a minimum spend of NPR 10,000 net.
• NPR rates applicable for NRN if EO Nepal Card is shown upon booking

Child Policy

• Infants aged up to 04 years – Free of Cost
• Children aged 05–10 years – 25% of double’s cost (with/without extra bed)
• Children aged 11 years & above – 40% of double’s cost (with/without extra bed)

Note: Child age identification document is mandatory.

Cost Does Not Include

• Transfer of any means to and from Sarangkot Mountain Lodge
• Beverage, Snacks and Bar bill
• Personal insurance of any kind
• Laundry, Spa, and Massage
• Applicable taxes of 13% (13% Vat)

Transfer: based on vehicle basis (NPR):

Route: Pokhara Airport or Lakeside → Sarangkot Mountain Lodge (30–40 minutes drive)

• Private vehicle (by Hiace): NPR 5000 per way

Reservation Policy

• Alll reservations must be accompanied by a duly completed reservation request as per the required meal plan by email.
• EO membership card should be shown to avail discounts and special rate.

Payment Policy

• 25% advance while making the reservation on the basis of proforma invoice
• 75% Payment should be done upon check-out.
