Reservation Policy
- All reservations must be accompanied by a duly completed reservation request by email.
- EO member card should be shown to avail discounts.
Check-in & Check-out Policy
Our Check-in time is 14:00 hrs and checkout time is 12:00 Noon local time. However, should there be an early arrival, or a late departure and you would like us to allocate the rooms upon arrival of the guests, we will provide the accommodation, subject to availability, based on the following terms and conditions:
Early Check-in Policy
- Early Arrival by 10:00 hrs will be charged additionally50% of the room rate.
- Early Arrival by 08:00 hrs will be charged additionally100% of the room rate.
- In such case pre-information and pre booking is required.
Late Check-out Policy
- Check-out by 15:00 hrs will be charged additionally50% of the room rate.
- Check-out by 18:00 hrs will be charged additionally100% of the room rate..
